What it does

1. Answers 'where is my order'

   In the chat on your store, she checks the customer's checkout email first. Once it matches, she gives the order status and what shipped.

   

2. Ships orders

   Ask which orders haven't shipped, then say which to fulfil. Shopify sends each customer the shipping confirmation.

   

3. Refunds and cancels

   Ask her to refund an order, for example 'refund order 1001 in full', or to cancel one.

4. Creates draft orders

   She creates draft orders and completes them when you say so.

5. Follows up abandoned checkouts

   She lists checkouts that customers left behind, so you can follow them up.

How it works

1. Install and connect

   Install Nora from the Shopify App Store and connect your store.

2. Shoppers ask in chat

   Turn on the Nora chat in your theme editor. A shopper can check their own order there, after the email check.

   

3. You ask on WhatsApp

   Pair your WhatsApp once with a QR code, then send Nora the order jobs.

4. You set the rules

   For each action, including refunds and cancellations, you choose: off, ask you first, or run on her own.

Can Nora refund Shopify orders automatically?

She refunds when you ask, and you decide how much freedom she has. Each action can be off, ask you first, or run on her own.

Can a shopper get a refund through the chat?

No. In the chat on your store, a shopper can only check their own order. Refunds happen when you ask Nora.

Does the customer get an email when Nora ships?

Yes. When Nora fulfils an order, Shopify sends the customer its shipping confirmation.

Can Nora handle returns?

No. Returns are not part of what Nora does in Shopify today. She can refund and cancel orders.

How far back can Nora see orders?

The last 60 days. Shopify only gives apps older orders with separate approval.
