Nora answers on the WhatsApp number your customers already message — groups, voice notes and photos included.
How you connect it
- Open Settings → Channels and choose Add WhatsApp.
- On your phone, open WhatsApp → Linked devices and scan the code Nora shows.
- That is it: your own number, no Business API application, no templates.
The conversation (demo)
- 22:40 — Customer: Hi — do you fit kitchens? Ours is falling apart and I'd like it done before Christmas if that's even possible.
- 22:40 — Nora: Hi Sam — yes, supply and fit is what we do. We're booking installs about three weeks out, so before Christmas is realistic. Is it replacing an existing kitchen?
- 22:41 — Customer: Yes, replacing. The room's about 13ft by 10ft, and we'd need the units supplied too.
- 22:41 — Nora: Thanks. Supply and fit at that size normally lands between $9,000 and $14,000, depending on the units you pick. Jamie can measure up and give you an exact figure — his diary has Thursday 9:30am or Friday 4pm free.
- 22:42 — Customer: Thursday 9:30 is good.
- 22:42 — Nora: Booked — Jamie will be with you Thursday at 9:30. I'll send you a reminder the day before.
- 22:43 — Nora, in the owner's own chat: New lead while you were off. Sam, kitchen replacement, roughly 13×10ft, supply and fit. I quoted the $9–14k range from your price list, booked Jamie in for a survey Thursday 9:30, and saved the lead to the CRM. Reminder set for Wednesday.
Nora reads your Gmail inbox, sorts what matters and drafts the replies. Every email she writes is shown to you first and sent only on your yes.
How you connect it
- Open Settings → Channels and choose Connect Gmail.
- Sign in with Google and allow access to that one mailbox.
- Add more mailboxes the same way; each account is its own channel.
Slack
Nora joins your Slack workspace as a teammate: mention her in a channel, message her directly, or let her answer in threads.
How you connect it
- Open Integrations → Slack and click Connect.
- Approve Nora for your workspace in Slack.
- Invite @Nora to the channels you want her in.
Telegram
Nora runs a Telegram bot that is yours: customers message it directly, and your team can add it to group chats.
How you connect it
- In Telegram, message @BotFather, send /newbot and copy the token.
- Open Settings → Channels → Add Telegram and paste the token.
- Nora connects straight away; message your bot to try it.
Discord
Nora sits in your Discord server as a bot, answering in channels and direct messages.
How you connect it
- In the Discord Developer Portal, create an app, add a bot and switch on Message Content Intent.
- Invite the bot to your server, then copy its token.
- Open Settings → Channels → Add Discord and paste the token.
LINE
Nora answers on your LINE Official Account, or links your personal LINE the way the desktop app does.
How you connect it
- Official Account: copy the channel access token and secret from the LINE Developers console.
- Open Settings → Channels → Add Line, paste both, and set Nora's webhook address in the console.
- Personal LINE: choose Connect personal LINE and scan the code from your phone.
Web chat
Your own Nora at your own address: you and your team chat with her in the browser, with every conversation kept.
How you connect it
- Nothing to connect: web chat is on from the moment your workspace exists.
- Share your workspace address with your team and invite them from the app.
Voice
Talk to Nora or any of your AI employees out loud, in a live call from the app, and she answers in her own voice.
How you connect it
- Paid plans include 25 voice minutes a month: press the call button in any chat.
- For unlimited calls, add your own Gemini key in Settings → Voice.
