Email support@nora.work. We answer within one business day, Monday to Friday. Include your workspace address and, for a store problem, your .myshopify.com domain and the order number.
Shopify integration
Connecting your store: in Nora open Integrations, pick Shopify, enter your store domain (acme.myshopify.com), approve the permissions on the Shopify screen, then assign the store to an AI employee.
What Nora can do with a connected store: read and update products, variants, images and collections; check stock and locations and set inventory; look up, fulfil, refund and cancel orders; create and complete draft orders; look up, create, update and tag customers; create and deactivate discount codes; list abandoned checkouts; create pages and blog articles; and run sales, product and customer reports. She cannot touch themes, navigation, checkout branding, translations, markets, gift cards or returns.
Staying in control: confirm-before-write is on by default; read-only mode blocks every write; refunds, order cancellations and real order creation are each off until you enable them; and a maximum discount percent caps any code Nora creates.
Disconnecting: Integrations > Shopify > Disconnect revokes the access token and removes the Shopify tools from your agents. Uninstalling the app in your Shopify admin does the same from the other end. Nothing in your store is changed or deleted.
Where your data goes: Nora runs single-tenant — your own process and database. Store data is read live from Shopify's Admin API when a job needs it, never bulk-copied. Tokens are encrypted at rest, connections use TLS, and your data is never sold or used to train models.
FAQ
Is it free? The Shopify app is free to install and use and makes no Shopify charges. Nora itself is a separate subscription at nora.work, billed by AI Makers Co, and starts with a two-week free trial.
What store data does Nora read, and why? Orders, products, inventory, locations, customers, discounts, abandoned checkouts and reports — read live, only when needed to answer a customer or do the job you asked for.
Can Nora change things without asking? Not by default. She asks in chat before any write, and refunds, cancellations and order creation are off until you turn them on.
How do I disconnect? Integrations > Shopify > Disconnect in Nora, or uninstall the app from your Shopify admin.
What happens to my data when I uninstall? Access ends immediately. Store data held in your Nora instance is deleted within 30 days of closing your account, and sooner if you ask.
